Job Description: Electrical construction of 173,000 total SF,Building A: 42,200 total SF (30,200 SF renovation & 12,000 SF
addition) Building B: 130,800 SF (2) story total (48,600 (2) story SF renovation & 82,200 SF (2) story addition) Building A includes shops for hands on student training and Building B is new school. T&H completed demolition and consolidation of multiple existing services into (1) new 3,000A and (1) new 2,000A service as well as fire alarm,telecom, security, AV, OSP, generators, lighting controls, duct banks,and extensive site work.
